We have two declared runners at Redcar on Monday, on ground that is currently riding as good to firm, good in places.

B Associates hinted at a return to form a month ago, when after being denied a clear run at a crucial stage, he still managed a three and three quarter lengths sixth of the eight runners. That was his best run for us in six starts since arriving at the yard last September, and he now has to build on that. B Associates who is now 4lb below his last winning mark runs at 3.25.pm, in the 0-60 handicap, over seven furlongs, with his regular jockey Aiden Brookes on board.

Irv who runs at 5.45.pm, in the 0-60 handicap, over one mile and two furlongs, with Aiden Brookes, who has won on him twice previously, in the saddle, also suffered interference last time when at Catterick. Irv who unfortunately stumbled badly leaving the stall that day, was keeping on against the far rail, when he was denied a clear run inside the final furlong. He finished in eighth beaten by seven and three quarter lengths, but he would have definitely been considerably closer.
