GERYVILLE 100/30 WINNER!!!!!!!

Geryville was an 18 lengths winner in the days feature race at Carlisle on Saturday afternoon, when making virtually all under the champion jockey Brian Hughes. Geryville who was beaten a length and a quarter in the Lincolnshire National in 2022, over nearly three and a half miles, proved his versatility, when stepping back down in trip by very nearly a mile. This was Geryville's fifth career win, and his third since joining us from France.

Master Breffni who was possibly an unlucky loser at Catterick over fences last time when falling two out after having just hit the front, made amends when winning by three and three quarter lengths under Conor O'Farrell. On paper this race looked far more competitive than that Catterick race, with Conor sitting out the back, until making his move from three out, where it was evident to see that Master Breffni was going easily. Since arriving from Ireland he has made great strides, and there is definitely more to come.
