Getaway Jewel won for the fourth time in his career at Southwell on Monday afternoon, by an easy 10 lengths under the champion jockey Brian Hughes, who has ridden him on all those previous successes.
Getaway Jewel ticked every box today, as he came in to the race off a good second at Newcastle last time, he was also 3lb below his last winning mark, and had the trip, and going both in his favour.
