COUNTESS OLIVIA TO MAKE HER FLAT DEBUT.

We have one runner on Sunday when Countess Olivia will make her flat debut at Wetherby, where the ground is expected to ride good.

Countess Olivia has run in three bumpers to date, making her racecourse debut when finishing down the field at Wetherby in December 2020. She then missed a year before returning at Sedgefield last December, once again not getting competitive, and running green, her latest start was back at Wetherby over Christmas.

Countess Olivia is bred for flat racing being by the 2013 Derby winner Ruler Of The World, out of a mare whose produce include the 101 rated Nuits St Georges, the winner of seven races. The race is a novices stakes over 10 furlongs at 1.45.pm, with Jack Garritty taking the ride.
