We welcome back National Hunt racing after it's 17 days summer break on Saturday, and we are at Perth, where the going is currently riding as good, good to firm in places.
Minella Dreams made his racecourse debut in a bumper at Market Rasen 41 days ago when finishing seventh of the eight runners, and his attentions are quickly turned to hurdles. Minella Dreams is the first racecourse representative of his above average performing Dam Theatre Dreams who was a dual winner over fences, recording a career best rating of 116 when winning at Killarney back in 2018. He is by is the top National Hunt Sire Getaway, so it looks like fences and a stamina test will be his future aim.
Minella Dreams runs in the first at 3.55.pm, in the maiden hurdle, over two miles, with the very experienced Nathan Moscrop having his first ride for the yard.
