The big good looking grey mare Air Of Approval will make her handicap debut at Pontefract on Monday evening, when contesting the 0-60 handicap over 10 furlongs, on good to firm, good in places ground, with Aiden Brookes in the saddle.
Realistically this is Air Of Approval's first real chance to win a race, as she has had to ply her trade in three maiden or novice events in order to get this opening mark, where she has been taking on opponents whose aspirations will be far above the 0-60 ratings band. Air Of Approval has been given an opening mark of 50, and we will know a lot more about her after this.
