THE RESDEV WAY TO FACE FOUR RIVALS.

We have two runners on Thursday, with Elena De La Vega making the trip to Redcar, where the going is currently good to firm, good in places, and The Resdev Way who is having his 86th start, taking his chance at Musselburgh, where the ground at the time of writing is good.

The five year old mare Elena De La Vega has raced twice to date. She made her debut in a bumper at Newcastle back in January, where after looking very green she became outpaced from three out. She made her flat and turf debut at Redcar in a novice stakes at Redcar 10 days ago, when after missing the break she was always toiling in the rear. She is back at Redcar again this time, where she runs in the first at 1.40.pm, a claimer over 10 furlongs, with Billy Garritty retaining the ride.

One of the reasons why The Resdev Way can boast 11 wins is because of his versatility. He is as equally at home on the all weather as he is on the turf, and retains all of his enthusiasm for racing at the age of nine. The Resdev Way goes to post for the 0-60 handicap over two miles at Musselburgh, with Paula Muir who has won on him three times previously taking the ride. The Redev Way who ran a respectable fourth just five days ago will appreciate this step back up in trip to two miles, and he will have no problem with the good ground, but the big thing in his favour is his eye catching mark of 50, which is 10lb lower than the mark he ran off at Wolverhampton last Saturday.
