We have one declared runner at Bangor on Saturday, on what is currently described as good, good to firm in places ground.
Shadowfax Of Rohan is more than capable of winning a race like this, but still needs to learn to settle better. It appears that two miles is on the short side, but when he steps up to two and a half miles he tends to be too keen, so if he can race at an even tempo over this longer trip, then he will get involved, from this career low mark.
Shadowfax Of Rohan runs at 7.00.pm, in the 0-105 novices handicap hurdle, over the extended two miles and three furlongs, with Gavin Sheehan having his first ride for the yard.
