Sedgefield Sunday

We take two runners to Sedgefield on Sunday, where the going will be very testing. It was just ten days ago at this track that the 'Centurion' Roxyfet won on his 100th start, that was over fences of a mark of 94, he reverts to hurdles off the same mark, but is eight pounds higher than his last hurdles win back on January 26th. On Sunday in the 2.10.pm he will achieve another landmark by making his 100th appearance over jumps, Emma Smith-Chaston who is two from three on him once again takes the ride.

Our other runner is Justforjames who goes in the 3.15.pm, where we welcome back his partner Becky Smith who has been away for the last six weeks in Australia developing her talents and adding to her education. Becky has won on three previous occasions on the horse including twice here at Sedgefield, he is high enough in the weights but this doesn't look an over competitive race, in fact I have seen veterans races with younger line ups.

Good luck to all of the connections.
