PATASOLA IS BEING KEPT VERY BUSY.

We have two declared runners on Friday evening at Pontefract, on day 1 of 'Go Racing in Yorkshire' 2023, where the going is currently described as good to soft.

Patasola is being kept a busy girl, as she will be having her third start in just nine days, and her second start in just three days, after finishing fourth at Nottingham on Tuesday evening. Patasola was doing her best work late on at Nottingham, and this stiffer test over the same trip will be to her advantage. She runs at 6.40.pm, in the 0-60 nursery handicap, over six furlongs, with Aiden Brookes retaining the ride.

Fiftyshadesaresdev returns from a 201 day break, when he will contest the 0-80 handicap, over one mile, at 7.15.pm, with P J McDonald, who has ridden him on one previous occasion taking the ride. Fiftyshadesaresdev has some very good form at Pontefract, having been placed there twice as a juvenile in 2021, he also has a stand out piece of form at York over a mile as a three year old, which makes his current mark of 65 look attractive.
