MISTER BELLS RETURNS AT KELSO.

We have two runners at Kelso on Wednesday, where the going at the time of writing is good, good to soft in places.

Ambassador was a dual winner at Uttoxeter in July, but at that same track on his return there three weeks ago he failed to fire. This step up in trip shouldn't present a problem, and the ground will also be fine providing it doesn't get any softer. Ambassador who remains well handicapped on his 2021 form runs at 3.30.pm, in the 0-100 handicap hurdle, over two miles and two furlongs, with Josh Thompson on board for the first time.

Mister Bells returns from a 116 day break when going to post for the 0-115 handicap chase at 6.25.pm, over the extended two miles and five furlongs, with Emma Smith-Chaston having her first ride back since recovering from injury. Mister Bells was a winner at Market Rasen in April, and then backed it up with an excellent second at Cartmel on his most recent start, and he remains just 3lb higher for that latest success.
