LARRY LOOBY 6/1 WINNER!!!!!!!

Larry Looby followed up his 17 length win at Hexham 13 days ago with another improved performance at Cartmel on Friday afternoon under an excellent front running ride from Emma Smith-Chaston. Larry Looby who had shown only moderate form going in to that Hexham race took another big step forward when winning by three quarters of a length, with a gaping 33 lengths back to the third horse, and he now looks set for another significant hike in the weights.

The striking thing about this performance was his immaculate jumping, which immediately brought back to mind our course specialist Alderbrook Lad who won four times around Cartmel. Larry Looby's jumping was equally as impressive, and there should be many more memorable days in store for his connections, especially around Cartmel.

Congratulations to the connections, Mr & Mrs D Lees & D Pollitt.
