Larry Looby appeared to leave all his previous form behind when comfortably winning by 17 lengths at Hexham on Saturday afternoon under Emma Smith-Chaston, who was on board for the first time.

Larry Looby who was a point to point winner in Ireland back in 2018, had shown next to nothing in 14 runs under rules when trained elsewhere, and since joining us he has raced on four occasions finishing placed twice, but not hinting at what he is so now obviously capable of.

Larry Looby has been brought along steadily, and credit must be given to all of his connections for turning this horses form around completely.

Congratulations to the connections, Mr& Mrs D Lees & D Pollitt.
