FIFTYSHADESARESDEV DECLARED FOR PONTEFRACT.

We have one runner on Friday evening when our fast improving two year old Fiftyshadesaresdev goes to post at 5.0.pm, in a six furlongs novice stakes, where the going at the time of writing is good to firm, good in places.

This will be the horses third start, he made his debut over seven furlongs at Thirsk three weeks ago, making up a little late headway after being slowly away. For his second start seven days ago he stepped up to a mile, again at Thirsk, where he showed us that he had learnt plenty from that debut, when after being in the rear early on he made eye catching late headway to finish a two lengths fourth. The only thing that tempers enthusiasm is the significant drop back in trip to six furlongs, although Pontefract does provide a stiff test of stamina. Nevertheless Fiftyshadearesdev is a nice prospect who is going the right way, Billy Garritty who rode him on debut takes the ride.

Good luck to the connections, Resdev.
