The remarkable Dragons Will Rise posted a new personal best at Newcastle on Wednesday evening when going clear inside the final furlong for a length and a half success from his mark of 77, under Ben Curtis who was riding his first winner for us.
Dragons Will Rise is now the winner of eight of his last 13 starts, and while he continues to show the same enthusiasm for racing that he has done since the winning spree began, then another raise in weights is very unlikely to stop him.
