Robert Havlin had warmed up nicely for his ride on Dragons Will Rise by winning the Winter Derby on Saturday at Lingfield on Forest Of Dean. Dragons Will Rise won for the fourth time in his last six starts at Wolverhampton on Monday afternoon, under a text book ride from stall 1, tracking the leaders, and kicking on from a furlong an a half out. Once again Dragons Will Rise did just enough in winning by one and a quarter lengths, so the handicapper can't go mad, so I think a rise of 3lb would be the maximum.
This was our fifth winner in the last 12 days, and we have three entered at Catterick on Tuesday.
