CAN HERESMAX GO ONE PLACE BETTER?

We have one runner on Tuesday at Redcar when the lightly raced Heresmax goes to post for the 5.10.pm, a 0-60 handicap over 14 furlongs, on ground that is currently described as good, good to firm.

Heresmax looked devoid of ability in two starts at two, and a further two runs as a three year old, but he has been a completely different horse on both his runs this season. He has finished runner up on both occasions in Amateur rider events, and will now have the considerable experience of Graham Lee to help him, in what is a more competitive event than those other two races were. This step up in trip shouldn't be a problem, and he races from 1lb higher than last time.

Good luck to the connections, M Andrews.
