We have one runner on Monday at Carlisle, where the going is currently described as soft, heavy in places.

How quickly the ground can change. With many crying out for some cut, Carlisle have gone one step further, and you will have to act on the surface for sure to get involved in a finish.

B Associates who turns out only six days after finishing fifth at Catterick, has a piece of form on heavy ground at Chester from last year, when finishing a close up fourth, (from 17lb higher than now) so hopes should be high that he will act on the surface. He has now run respectively on two of his last three starts, including last time.

B Associates runs at 4.15.pm, in the 0-65 handicap, over seven furlongs, with his regular rider Aiden Broookes in the saddle.
